01/12/2011 - Coexist hosts religious story-telling pilot project
Coexist was pleased to host a pilot project of the Alliance of Religions and Conservation in late November. Story-tellers representing six of the world's major faiths explored different approaches to welcoming strangers – drawing on both scripture and folk-tales to inspire their audience.
It is hoped that this pilot, which was filmed for television, will lead to further events in 2012. ARC's focus is on harnessing the power of the world's religions to help tackle environmental challenges around the world.
